WALDENT DENTAL ASPIRATING SYRINGE
A lightweight and durable aspirating syringe with no removable part. It comes with a stainless steel ring for complete control and stress free movement of the thumb. Waldent Aspirating syringe made of a surgical grade "Rostfrei" Stainless Steel that excel in highest quality standards.
Waldent Dental Syringe Aspirating with Ring is a premium quality dental syringe set used in delivering local anaesthesia in oral & maxllofacial surgeries. The syringe is compatible with 1.8ml LA Cartirdge.
CLEANING
Waldent Aspirating Syringe is supplied non-sterile and should be cleaned and sterilised before use. The syringe can be cleaned either by using an automated process or manually cleaned by hand. All detergents used should be branded and specifically intended for cleaning medical devices. To clean the syringe, lock the syringe sleeve in the forward position, then unscrew the plunger retaining nut and separate the plunger assembly from the body of the syringe. Fully immerse the syringe in a solution of detergent and water throughout the cleaning process. Ensure the temperature of the water used for the initial immersion of the device does not exceed 45°C. Rinse the syringe in a clean solution of clean water before drying using a lint free cloth. Visually inspect the syringe to ensure it is thoroughly clean. Repeat the cleaning process if necessary. Ultrasonic cleaning may be used in addition to the above steps.
STERILISATION
Ensure that the syringe sleeve is locked in the forward position and that the plunger assembly is detached from the body assembly during sterilisation. Sterilise using moist heat/ top loading autoclave operating on a 134°C to137°C cycle for a minimum of 3 minutes. If the autoclave is a vacuum steriliser,the plunger and body assembly can be placed together in an autoclavable bag and sealed prior to processing. If the autoclave is a N-Type steriliser the syringe must not be wrapped prior to the sterilisation process as this will inhibit steam penetration.

MAINTAINENCE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Must clean after every use with warm water to remove blood, tissues and mucus from the instruments.
- Ultrasonic cleaning is recommended for all the instruments specially articulated instruments such as forceps, rongeurs, etc
- Use only standard and reputed brand of disinfectant solutions.
STERILISATION:
- We recommend that the temperature does not exceed 120°C
- Dry heat sterilization see that temperature does not exceed 180°C and there should be no long exposure as this would cause discoloration, loss of temper and this in turn would disturb the hardening of the instrument
- Do not use substandard chemicals or disinfectants as they can damage the instruments
- Avoid use of unsuitable highly acidic chlorine containing agents
- Use Distilled water only
- Never rub an instrument with metal brush at the time of cleaning.

Returns
Returns is a scheme provided by us directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. Part 2 - Returns Pick-Up and Processing
In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the customer to us.
In certain cases where the manufacturer is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refunds will be given in the same manner the payment was received. If the order was prepaid, refund will be done in the bank account and if the order was cash on delivery, refund will be in the Waldent account (coupon form).
Generally, all the issued refunds takes 5-7 working days to reflect in customer’s bank account. If you don’t receive the amount back in the mentioned period of time, contact us by dropping us an email at sales@waldent.com or you may call a the given number. Our team will assist you in such an instance
