Dust-free, Chromatic Alginate impression material
Waldent FlexiPrint Alginate is an elastic, irreversible hydrocolloid impression material which is the most frequently used dental impression material. FlexiPrint alginate is a dust-free, homogenous, three phase chromatic, thixotropic impression material that has a pleasant mint flavour. It provides excellent accuracy and precise details in affordable price.

- For manual mixing, measure the powder out into the mixing bowl first and then add the water. This favours the incorporation of water into the powder.
- Once the water has been added, start the timer to keep track of the mixing time, working time, and setting time.
- Use the spatula to incorporate all the water into the powder, mixing the alginate with rapid “figure-of-8” movements.
- Once an even mixture has been achieved, use the spatula to press the mixture against the inner walls of the mixing bowl to prevent the incorporation of air bubbles in the mixture.
- Once the mixing time is over, use the spatula to place the alginate in the impression tray, before the end of the working time.

Refund Policy
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the customer to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the customer to us.
In certain cases where the manufacturer is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refunds will be given in the same manner the payment was received. If the order was prepaid, refund will be done in the bank account and if the order was cash on delivery, refund will be in the Waldent account (coupon form).
Generally, all the issued refunds takes 5-7 working days to reflect in customer’s bank account. If you don’t receive the amount back in the mentioned period of time, contact us by dropping us an email at sales@waldent.com or you may call a the given number. Our team will assist you in such an instance
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs 2500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
