Preparation:

• Connect the airotor to the chair coupling and check air and water line pressure
• Insert a compatible 1.59–1.60 mm ISO bur; verify chuck retention using the push button
• Run at low speed for 5–10 seconds to check smooth rotation and water spray from all three ports

Operation:

• Adjust chair air pressure to the manufacturer-recommended range
• Engage the handpiece at the operating site with a light, controlled grip
• Use intermittent contact and adequate water cooling to protect the tooth
• Release the chuck using the push button to change burs mid-procedure

Post-Use Care:

• Wipe the outer body clean and remove any bur-shank residue from the chuck
• Lubricate the airotor with high-quality handpiece oil before every autoclave cycle
• Autoclave at 121–135°C; allow full cool-down before reuse
• Replace the cartridge (W-115C, sold separately) when unusual noise, vibration or chuck slip appears
