Intraoral photography is an integral part of modern dentistry for obtaining records, before, during and after treatment.
Intraoral photography mirrors are positioned in a patient’s mouth to expose hard-to-see areas that need to be photographed. Revealing areas of the mouth that are difficult to view will help in diagnosis and treatment planning.

To prevent fogging during use, we highly recommend running the mirror under hot(warm) water for a few seconds, prior to inserting into the patient's mouth to raise the overall temperature of the mirror (prevents condensation).
A soft paper towel or muslin cloth can be used to remove excess water droplets.
